The Centre comprises twin buildings, each with 10 above-ground floors, giving a total of about 52,000 square metres. The use of materials such as glass, steel and beola stone creates an environment of great architectural impact, which still gives the feeling of being immersed in natural surroundings. The indoor finishes comply with the highest standards and every area is designed and constructed in total conformity with European standards.

Every floor has:

• metal panel ceiling with integral lighting
• floating floor 22 cm thick.
• air-conditioning system
• centralised fire-fighting system
• anti-intrusion system in the communal parts of the buildings
• conceptually subdivided into four parts, with the relative electric and mechanical systems pre-installed
